Robert “Bobby” Fettig
Guide & Team Medic
A fearless travel enthusiast, Bobby has been on several expeditions to Michigan’s U.P. during every season. He is a registered nurse currently employed at Covenant in the Cardiac ICU department and is ready and trained to asses and care for any potential injury during an expedition. He has been on trips to Colorado, to go view the Solar Eclipse in Nebraska in 2017, Washington, South Carolina, and Florida. He has also been to Mexico, Utah where he hiked Angels Landing, Arizona, and a 7-day expedition to Hawaii’s Big Island.
Fun Fact: He spent five days by himself exploring Isle Royal in the middle of Lake Superior
Dustin Dehne
Guide & Team Journalist
A passionate explorer, Dustin has been on several expeditions to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula during each season. He has also co-lead or lead several trips to the U.P. including multiple trips where he helped a college professor guide a group of geology students through weekend long field trips. His travel resume includes, a study aboard trip to Ireland and Scotland, a 7-day expedition to Hawaii’s Big Island, road trips to Utah, Arizona, Yellowstone in Wyoming, Florida, Canada, and a trip to go view the Solar Eclipse in Nebraska in 2017. Dustin is also an ambassador for companies such as tentree and Livingstone Brand.
Fun Fact: He once played the ukulele on a beach at night underneath the Northern Lights and last summer, he watched the Sunset from 14,000 feet up on top of Mauna Kea in Hawai’i.
Landon Schriber
Guide & Mountain Bike Expert
Landon is an avid mountain biker and lives for the outdoors. Like Bobby and Dustin, he has been on several expeditions to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and the Pictured Rock’s National Lakeshore during every season and even ventures up there by himself. He also takes yearly trips to Wyoming where he goes hunting in the remote back country of the American West.
Fun fact: Landon is 5’11’’ and can two-hand dunk a basketball on a 10 foot rim.
